On Film

Snapshots from the past.
It was in my opinion exorbitantly expensive to process this roll. While I wanted to support my local film developer in Rochester, I will be returning to my tried and true Pro Image in NYC from here on out. Even with shipping, it is much cheaper to have my film developed there and their quality is pristine; I've never had any issues.
The Rochester shop gave me a CD full of someone else's color film of the Grand Canyon. I'm returning to the shop on Wednesday to have them scan my roll, which they never did. What's frustrating about this experience is that they charge extra for scanning film (no shop I've been to before this has) and that's the part they messed up.
On Saturday, the Equinox, I'm womanning a table at a market and I hope to sell some CDs--a compilation of "Healing by Fire" and some of my favorite singles to use up all the CD space and get more of my songs out there. I'll be ordering prints of the album covers from the ROC print shop because they're actually cheaper than Walgreens and I would like to support a small business. Just not with my film anymore.
The first picture of Hamsa looking out is in Toronto when we drove to the Jacob Collier concert and I changed my life by making the "Hejira" special and "Notes from the Road" in the hopes of sharing it with him. I think you remember the story: they cancelled the meet and greet a few days before the show and I left the arena basically crawling out. I hate standing shows. And I no longer listen to Jacob Collier.
Then we've got pix of my favorite park and my old apartment.
I'm not sure where I'm driving off to with Hamsa in the car...
Announcement + Sneak Peak

This week's video will be a Pisces Intention Setting vlog with journaling prompts for those of us who are interested in intention-setting along. Then, I'll be returning to the Portugal/Morocco prep so we can get to the trip! I'm very much looking forward to transporting myself back to that adventure--I can't wait to bring you along!
'Til then, wishing you love, light, and--as always--peace of mind.
All my love,
Spirit
