Conformity is the biggest threat to the full manifestation of our destinies.

A great majority of us are here on Earth right now to do things that have never been done before—to create things that have never been created.

But if we spend our lives hiding from who we really are, we run the risk of leaving this earthly plane without contributing our much needed contributions to our wondrous world.

Do you believe in predetermination?

The belief that our entire lives are already mapped out for us and “destined?”

Do you believe in destiny?

The idea that there are fated encounters and events that, once again, have been determined far ahead of our current incarnations?

I believe in free will: the idea that, no matter what is written in the planets and stars, we are the ones who must go forth and manifest.

For example, if it is your destiny to write a book that will greatly impact others, it is up to you to sit and write it.

But what if you had an English teacher in high school who crushed your confidence in yourself as a writer? What if the economic demands of your environment encouraged you to sell your writing time for a part time job in addition to your 9-5?

The call to writing the book remains, but the obstacles you must overcome to do so invite your active participation and your own determination.

I believe we have destinies, yes, and it is our responsibility to hold them to our hearts and protect them fiercely, like a lioness protect her cubs.

I also believe that our destinies are our dreams.

What we authentically wish for ourselves & our lives are the very things we’ve come here to grow into and experience.

Going back to the book example, the author fulfills his destiny when he writes the book, bestselling lists be forgotten; the gift is in doing the thing. The impact—-and spoils—will come when they will. Accolades and monetary abundance are second to the richness one experiences when acting out of true, authentic alignment.
