Self Care for Eclipse Season 2k26 - Year of the Fire Horse - Aquarian Energy On One Hunnid, Honey!

In this week’s adjacent-to-unhinged episode, I share some helpful self care tips for not only surviving the first eclipse season of the year, but taking full advantage of the cosmic energies that be.

Question: When was the last time you felt full of yourself? Like you were okay being 100% who you are, regardless of who likes you, gasses you up, or appreciates your effort?

SPOILER ALERT: The chief way we can take advantage of this time is to fill our cups up with the sacred energy that is OURSELVES! This eclipse season happening on the Aquarius/Leo axis is telling us “put your mask on before helping anyone else around you ‘cuz, honey, you need oxygen to LIVE!!!”

Far too many of us cast our gaze outwardly, trying to save the world, our family, our friends even. Those in romantic partnerships are guilty of this, too.

Coldplay’s “Fix You” is a staple in our cultural canon for this very reason.

The message coming through is that in order to best serve the collective, we must first serve ourselves.

Order up!!!
